Grigorii Timin, PhD student at the LANE, gets an award to support his research.
Grigorii Timin completed his Bachelor (2015) and Master (2017) Degrees in Biophysics at the Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University in Russia. His master's research project, carried out at the Institute of Cytology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was about tumor-targeting properties of mesenchymal stem cells in a rat glioblastoma model. He then started seven months ago a PhD in our laboratory on the development and evolution of skin appendages and skin colour patterns in reptiles.
We are happy to announce that Grigorii has now received, from the Swiss Government, a one-year Excellence Scholarship for Foreign Scholars to support his research at the LANE.
Congratulations Grigorii !
