We are pleased to share with you this image (produced by Grigorii Timin & Michel Milinkovitch) which was awarded 'Image of the Year’ by CiteAb.
We produced this 3D image of a mouse embryo through the use of our novel method of highly-specific staining of collagen fibres. This new approach, based on whole-mount staining with the ‘Fast Green’ dye, is simple, robust generates unmatched visualisation of 3D collagen network architecture and is compatible with solvent-based tissue clearing and immunostaining.
This sample was imaged with our Miltenyi UltraMicroscope Blaze.
