Who we are

The techniques, approaches and concepts that we use can be crudely separated into two categories: (1) Molecular Evolutionary Developmental biology — MED — led by Dr. Athanasia C. Tzika since 2015) and (2) Physics of Biology — PoB — (led by Prof. Michel C. Milinkovitch). Because these two lines of research use the same non-model species, meet at multiple time points during research programs and feed one another with techniques, data and ideas, it is not trivial to position each lab member into one or the other category.
