I completed a bachelor's degree in Biology and a master's degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Rennes. I then did my PhD under the supervision of Dr. Hervé Seznec and Dr. Denis Dupuy at the Laboratoire de Physique des 2 Infinis Bordeaux(LP2iB) of the Université de Bordeaux. I worked on the application of Long-read sequencing to study interactions between ionizing radiation and metal oxide nanoparticles with biological matter.
I joined the LANE as a Postdoc in December 2023. I work under the supervision of Dr. Athanasia Tzika to identify genetic mutations affecting skin coloration of several reptilian models.
