Sherif Megahed

I obtained my Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2010 at the University of Alexandria (Egypt). After completing my military service as a general Physician at the Egyptian Royal Navy  in 2012, I became an intern in plastic surgery at the Alexandria Main University hospital. In 2015, I decided to make a career shift and focus on my real passion: 3D scientific art. I obtained a position of 3D artist in 2016 at the Science Visualization Company ‘Ebers' in Alexandria. In 2021, I joined the LANE at the University of Geneva to produce artistically-appealing and scientifically-accurate 3D representations of EvoDevo model systems developed in the Milinkovitch and Tzika lab.
